Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients. Shipping costs depend on the total weight and destination.

Yes, our orthopedic medical instruments and implants are manufactured under strict quality standards holding ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE certificates to guarantee surgical safety and high precision.

What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning in order to test market our products. We could offer free samples, but do not cover the cost of freight.

Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. We offer customization and sourcing based on your requirements, though it may take a little longer for delivery.

Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced? What are your terms of payment?
Generally, we maintain stock for standard listed products, which are produced monthly. However, availability depends on current sales conditions. Please consult our sales representatives for accurate inventory updates. For payment: orders under 800 USD require 100% advance payment; orders over 800 USD require 30% T/T in advance with the balance cleared before shipment. We accept payment via L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
