Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
We maintain strict quality standards and follow international regulations for orthopedic instruments. Please contact our team for specific certification copies.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not covered.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note this may take a little longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products produced monthly, subject to sales conditions. We recommend contacting our sales representatives for accurate inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
Payment ≤ 800 USD, 100% in advance. Payment > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal etc.
