Q1: Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Q2: Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, our products are manufactured in compliance with international quality standards. Please contact our sales team for specific documentation certificates.
Q3: What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. We understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders initially to test our products. We can offer free samples, but the client covers the freight cost.
Q4: Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that this may require a longer lead time for production and delivery.
Q5: Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for our listed products, produced on a monthly basis. Availability depends on current sales volume, so please consult our sales representative for accurate inventory information.
Q6: What are your terms of payment?
For orders <= 800USD, 100% in advance. For orders > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment. Accepted payment methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
