Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.

Yes, we are a certified manufacturer with ISO9001, ISO 13485, and CE certificates to ensure the highest quality standards for medical instruments.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand customers may need smaller sample orders initially. We offer free samples, but the cost of freight is covered by the client.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course, you can. Please send us pictures or samples of the required items. Note that custom or unlisted items may require a slightly longer delivery time.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products which are produced monthly. Inventory status depends on sales conditions. Please contact our sales team for accurate real-time inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For orders <=800USD, 100% in advance. For orders >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
