Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT, etc., or by post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on the volume and destination of the order.
Do you hold industry-standard certifications like ISO9001, ISO 13485, and CE approvals?
Yes, we maintain international quality standards including ISO9001, ISO 13485, and CE certifications to ensure the safety and efficacy of our medical devices.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ), and do you offer free samples?
We generally expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand customers may need to place smaller sample orders initially for market testing. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is to be covered by the client.
Can I purchase products that are similar to your catalogue but not specifically listed?
Of course you can. Simply send us pictures or physical samples of the required items. Please note that custom or non-catalogue items may require a longer lead time for delivery.
Is there stock available for listed products, and what are the payment terms?
Generally, we maintain stock for most listed products as they are produced monthly. For payment: orders under 800 USD require 100% advance payment; orders over 800 USD require 30% T/T in advance with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
How can I ensure the accuracy of the inventory before placing an order?
Inventory status depends on current sales conditions. It is always recommended to contact our sales team directly for the most accurate and up-to-date inventory information.
