Q1: Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
A: Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination.
Q2: Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
A: Yes, our products are produced under strict quality management systems and have corresponding ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE certificates to meet global medical regulations.
Q3: What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
A: We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning in order to test the market for our products. We can offer free samples, but do not cover the cost of freight.
Q4: Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
A: Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom production may take slightly longer for delivery.
Q5: Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced? What are your terms of payment?
A: Generally, we maintain a stable inventory for standard products which are produced on a monthly basis. However, stock levels depend on the sales condition. For orders <= 800USD, 100% payment in advance is required. For orders > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment is standard. We accept payments via L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
Q6: How are the products packaged for overseas transportation?
A: All medical implants and instruments are securely packed in protective, high-quality medical-grade packaging to prevent any damage, contamination, or wear during long-distance international transit.
