Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.

Yes, we maintain international quality standards for our medical devices to ensure safety and performance.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand customers need smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not included.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note this may require a slightly longer delivery time for production.
Do you have stock for listed products, or they are newly produced? What are your terms of payment?
Generally, we maintain stock for every listed product. Payment terms: For orders <=800USD, 100% in advance. For orders >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
What is the average lead time for bulk orders?
Lead times depend on the inventory status and order volume, typically ranging from 7 to 25 business days.
