What are the available shipping modes and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges depend on the destination and weight of the order.
Do you hold international quality approvals like ISO and CE?
Yes, we maintain rigorous quality standards and comply with international requirements for medical device manufacturing.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ) and sample policy?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we provide smaller sample orders for market testing. We offer free samples, but customers are responsible for the freight costs.
Can you provide products that are not shown in your catalogue?
Of course. If you have specific requirements or samples, please provide pictures or physical samples, and we can look into similar production, though delivery may take longer.
Do you keep stock for all listed products?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products which are produced monthly. Inventory status varies based on sales conditions, so it is best to check for accurate real-time information.
What are your standard payment terms?
For orders under 800USD, 100% advance payment is required. For orders over 800USD, we accept 30% T/T in advance with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
