Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
● Q2: Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, our products meet international quality standards and carry necessary medical device certifications.
● Q3: What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. We understand that customers need to place smaller samples orders in the beginning to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the customer covers the freight cost.
● Q4: Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that this may require additional production lead time.
● Q5: Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we have stock for listed products, produced on a monthly basis. However, availability depends on current sales conditions. Please contact our team for accurate inventory information.
● Q6: What are your terms of payment?
For orders <=800USD, 100% in advance. For orders >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment. Payment methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal, etc.
