Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges vary based on weight and destination.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, or CE approvals?
Yes, our manufacturing processes and products are strictly managed under international quality standards including ISO and CE certifications to ensure medical safety.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, for initial market testing, we can arrange smaller sample orders. Free samples may be available, though freight costs are covered by the client.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Yes, please send us pictures or physical samples. We can customize or source similar orthopedic devices, though custom orders may require additional delivery time.
Do you have stock for listed products, and what are your payment terms?
Most listed products are produced monthly and kept in stock. For payments under $800, 100% advance is required. Above $800, we accept 30% T/T in advance with the balance before shipment via T/T, Western Union, or PayPal.
What materials are used in your orthopedic implants?
We primarily use high-grade Stainless Steel and Titanium Alloy, ensuring biocompatibility and strength required for medical surgical procedures.
