Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients.

Yes, we maintain international standards for our orthopedic products to ensure top-tier medical quality.
Q3: What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders initially for testing. We could offer free samples, but do not pay the cost of freight.
Q4: Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note this may take a little longer for delivery.
Q5: Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we have stock for every listed product, which are produced monthly. However, it depends on sales conditions. We suggest contacting our team for accurate inventory.
Q6: What are your terms of payment?
For payments <= 800USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. Payment methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal, etc.
