Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, we maintain international standards for our products and manufacturing processes to ensure high quality and safety.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers may need to place smaller sample orders initially to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is to be covered by the customer.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom or non-catalogue items may take slightly longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we maintain stock for listed products which are produced monthly. Inventory status depends on sales conditions, so it is best to consult our sales team for accurate real-time information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments <= 800USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance and the balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal etc.
