Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc. or post upon request from clients.

What is the minimum order that we can place?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers may need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning to test our products in their markets.

Do you provide free samples?
We can offer free samples to eligible clients, but please note that we do not cover the cost of ocean or air freight.

Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can. Simply send us your reference pictures or physical samples. Please note that custom production requests may require a slightly longer delivery timeframe.

Do you have stock for listed products, and what are the payment terms?
Generally, we maintain rolling monthly production stock for every listed product. Payment <= 800 USD requires 100% in advance. Payment > 800 USD requires 30% T/T in advance with the remaining balance due before shipment. Accepted payment methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal, etc.
