● Q1: Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
● Q2: Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, our products comply with international medical quality standards including ISO9001, ISO 13485, and CE certifications.
● Q3: What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand the need for samples to test the market. We can offer free samples, but the client covers the freight cost.
● Q4: Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course, please send us pictures or samples of the products you require. Please note that customized orders may require a longer lead time.
● Q5: What are your terms of payment?
For payments <= 800USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800USD, 30% T/T in advance, balance before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
● Q6: Do you have stock for listed products?
Generally, we maintain stock for all listed products. However, inventory levels fluctuate based on sales; please consult our team for real-time availability.
