Yes, all our medical devices are manufactured under rigorous quality assessment systems holding certified ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and CE certificates to align with standard international benchmarks.

What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller samples orders initially to evaluate our products in their markets. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is to be paid by the recipient.

Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can. Simply send us pictures or samples. Please note that customized or sourcing requests may require a slightly longer time for delivery.

Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced? What are your terms of payment?
Generally, we maintain stock for every listed product, replenished monthly. However, this is subject to sales turnover. Please consult our sales representative for accurate stock updates. For payments <= 800 USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance, with the balance settled before shipment. Accepted payment methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
