Yes, we maintain international quality standards. Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers need to place smaller samples orders in the beginning to test the market. We could offer free samples, but the cost of freight is not covered.
Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that this may take a little longer for delivery.
Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced?
Generally, we have stock for every listed product, which is produced monthly. However, this depends on sales conditions. Please consult our sales team for accurate inventory information.
What are your terms of payment?
For payments ≤ 800 USD, 100% in advance. For payments > 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance, with the balance due before shipment. We accept L/C, T/T, Western Union, PayPal, etc.
