Q1: Would you please give some information on shipping mode and charges?
Normally we send through courier like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc or post upon request from clients.
Q2: Do you have ISO9001, ISO 13485, CE approvals?
Yes, we strictly follow international quality standards and maintain relevant certifications for our medical devices.
Q3: What is the minimum order that we can place? Do you provide free samples?
We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. We understand that customers need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning to test the market; we can offer free samples, but the client covers freight costs.
Q4: Can I buy products not shown but similar to your catalogue?
Of course you can, just send us pictures or samples. Please note that custom requests may require a longer delivery time.
Q5: Do you have stock for listed products, or are they newly produced? What are your terms of payment?
Generally, we have stock for listed products, produced monthly. For payments <=800USD, 100% in advance. For payments >800USD, 30% T/T in advance, with the balance before shipment. Payment methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
