Normally we send through couriers like DHL, FEDEX, UPS, TNT etc., or post upon request from clients. Shipping charges are determined based on destination, shipment volume, and preferred delivery schedule.

We expect your minimum orders to be at least US$500. However, we understand that customers may need to place smaller sample orders in the beginning to test our products in their local markets. We can offer free samples, but the cost of freight is to be paid by the buyer.

Of course you can. Simply send us your detailed pictures or physical samples, and we will evaluate and process your request. Please note that custom development or sourcing may require slightly longer lead times.

Generally, we maintain stock for every listed product, replenished on a monthly basis, though availability depends on ongoing sales demand. For accurate real-time inventory, please consult our sales representatives.
Payment Terms: For orders below or equal to 800 USD, 100% advance payment is required. For orders exceeding 800 USD, 30% T/T in advance is required, with the remaining balance due before shipment. Accepted payment methods include L/C, T/T, Western Union, and PayPal.
