Distal fixation: Short screw features two different plane holes for locking. Long screw includes three locking holes avoiding important blood vessels. Anterior and posterior locking holes facilitate manual operation and minimize displacement.
Elastic Nail: Diameter should be 30-40% of the narrowest medullary cavity. Options available for ages 6-14 years (3.0mm to 4.0mm).
Compression: Special design of compression holes increases stability of fractures. Self-sustaining compression mechanism requires no static screw during operation.
TFNA System: With a radian radius of 1.0m, the TFNA is twice as likely to be centered in the medullary cavity compared to systems with a 1.5m radius.
